Pastor Tim attended Rhema Bible College as well as Domata School of Missions in Tulsa, OK. Pastor Tim has received his ministerial credentials from Open Bible, Assembly of God, and Association of Faith Churches & Ministers (AFCM).

Pastor Tim had an encounter with Jesus when he was nine years old. He regularly shares his testimony about when Jesus visited him in his hospital room while recovering from a near death accident with 69,000 volts of electricity. God uses his testimony to bring salvation, healing, and restoration to the body of Christ.

Pastor Tim itinerated for several years which allowed him to minister in sixteen different countries. Through that valuable experience, it equipped Pastor Tim to answer the call to lead Victory Church from 2004 to 2024.

In 2024, God transitioned Victory to pivot future ministry emphasis into the world harvest of souls. We have transferred the local ministry to another pastor and we will focus on impacting people outside the church walls. We are excited about this next phase God has called us to!
